Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing & Electric Introduces Tucker Hill Club

Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing & Electric, a leading provider of home services in the Phoenix, Arizona market, announced today a new initiative called Tucker Hill Club which has been designed to provide customers with exclusive benefits.

For an annual fee of $160, members of Tucker Hill Club will receive free estimates and evaluations and have access to the VIP Line pass, a 24/7 service hotline that will prioritize members’ service needs. Tucker Hill Club members will also receive an automatic 10% discount for all maintenance and repair services.

Speaking about the membership club, General Manager Ian Williams says, “We are proud of the work we do as a company and would like to extend our appreciation to our most loyal customers by offering a membership program.” Williams continues, “Members of Tucker Hill Club will receive annual maintenance visits, special discounts and peace of mind, knowing that we’re just a quick phone call away.”

Tucker Hill Club members also have access to a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Tucker Hill technicians won’t collect payment until customers are completely satisfied.

In addition, all labor is under a 700-day warranty — this is nearly two full years for all labor done by Tucker Hill employees. If a repair is found to be faulty within the warranty period, Tucker Hill will cover the costs of parts and repair, no questions asked.

Tucker Hill CEO Jeremy Prevost said, “We created this program to help homeowners keep their home in top condition and prevent expensive emergency repairs. Adopting a proactive approach to home maintenance will also help homeowners increase the efficiency of their home’s electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and ultimately lower utility expenses.”
