Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing, and Electric Takes a Strategic Approach in 2023 By Focusing on Acquisitions in Phoenix

Tucker Hill Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric is expanding and looking to acquire electric companies in the greater Phoenix area. Since 2019 Tucker Hill has been acquiring smaller companies that provide commercial or residential services with revenues between $1 million and $20 million.

Tucker Hill is a one-stop shop for electric, HVAC, and plumbing services. Technicians are on call seven days a week. They prioritize problem-solving in an economic way to meet customer needs, expectations, and budgets.

Imparting his lessons from a career in the service sector to make transitions and relationships as strong as possible, CEO Jeremy Prevost is confident in the process and is ready to bring the company to its next stages.  Having overseen numerous acquisitions thus far, Prevost takes pride in leaving all parties in a more advantageous position operationally and financially.
