Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing & Electric, a residential plumbing and HVAC service provider, has launched weekly driver training sessions to ensure the safety and security of drivers, customers, and the local community.
Driver training is designed to teach technicians the importance of staying within the legal speed limit and obeying all road signs. All technicians are required to attend weekly driver training sessions and pass exams.
In addition, each vehicle’s drive speed and location is tracked in real-time to ensure technicians drive safely and reach their destination on time. This helps Tucker Hill keep drivers and the local community safe and exceed customer service standards.
In the United States, motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of work-related deaths. According to the CDC, 17% of work-related roadway fatalities involved pickup trucks.
Tucker Hill CEO Jeremy Prevost commented, “As a trusted local provider of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, we strive to go above and beyond for our customers and local community. We are committed to ensuring each technician is trained to drive safely to and from appointments.”
